As a semi-power user of Excel, I have the responsibility of being the office expert for all Excel issues.  One of the details that I had to resolve was the monthly assembly of many customer status reports for a litany of information that was all assembled in Excel and then transferred into PowerPoint slides. Try as I might, my VBA skills were not sufficient to build a transfer tool to extract the Excel tab and reliability populate that data into a designated PP slide.

Mapping With the E2P Table

This is where the magic happens! Specify exactly what and how you want your Microsoft Excel data sent to PowerPoint within the E2P Table. E2P can even delete and replace last month’s data if you keep the names in the Object Name column the same!

Getting The Perfect Placement

For optimal resolution, I always recommend using the PNG format for all your Excel charts and the Enhanced Metafile format for everything else.

Due to the limitations of Office for Mac, the E2P add-in is only compatible with PC versions of Microsoft Office 2007+. This includes Excel 2007-2016 on any Windows operating system.
